I received an email that states, "User ID already in use"


When registering for an account at access@APS to access ParentVUE your user id is your email address.  Each account must have a unique user id [email address].

If you have tried to register for a OneLogin account and received an email with a message "We're sorry, but the information you provided when registering for your access@APS account could not be validated" please follow the steps below.

  1. Verify that your email address has not been used to create a parent account for someone else.  
  2. If you believe you have received this message in error please try again.  If you still need assistance please contact help@APS at access@help.apsva.us or call us at (703) 398-1426.
