I received an email that states, "Activation Code Not Found"


When registering for an account at access@APS to access ParentVUE the Activation Code [APS Unique Identifier] must be entered exactly as printed in the letter you received in the field labeled [APS Unique Identifier]. 

If you believe you have entered the code correctly and are still receiving the error, please contact help@APS at at access@help.apsva.us, or call us at (703) 398-1426.  We will be able to print a new letter and mail it to you via US Mail.  The registrar at your child's school can also print a new letter and activation code for you.
