We believe the vendor has resolved the issue with parents not receiving the invitation emails after they have registered.
We are sending new invitations to those parents who have registered but have never logged in.
The new invitation should allow you to follow the link in the email invitation to set a password.
August 26, 2013 - At this time many parents are experiencing problems creating accounts and receiving email verifications from OneLogin. This is most prevalent with those who have AOL.com and Comcast.Net email addresses.
We are working with the vendor to find a resolution to this problem. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this problem.
